Terms:

*We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express.

*No C.O.D/ Checks

Order Process:

*Opening order: $200.00

*Please register as a wholesale customer on our website (www.sassybling.com); send us your business tax ID via fax, text, or email.

Shipping:

  *All shipments are shipped through UPS/USPS ground, unless customer requests and pays for the difference.

Claims:

*All shipments are video recorded for quality control purposes.

*All claims must be filed within 7 days for a verification of damaged items and to receive credit.

* Please submit the following information at the time the claim is filed : invoice number, item number, and specific reason for dissatisfaction.

Returns/Cancellations

All items are subject to inspection and reviewed for final approval by our return center.

         *There is a 20% restocking fee for returned items. Return must be within 15 days of purchase.

         *NO exchange or NO refund on SALE/CLEARANCE items.

         *Exchanges only on defective items within 7 days of purchase.

         *All items must still have all tags attached and in an original condition.
